Worker types may include employees, contractors, and agents. For normal workforce management, default statuses stay simple. Companies can add more only if their process requires it.

Recruitment is optional. Only companies that use it need hiring stages. When someone is hired, they can transition into People as the appropriate worker type. ROJAX does not force recruiting complexity onto companies that do not need it.

ROJAX helps preserve available client history during migration, including notes, activities, statuses, custom fields and related records when supported by the source data.
Your history matters. ROJAX is designed to import and connect as much usable information as the source system provides — without silently inventing or overwriting data.

These import when available, when supported by the source data, and where reliable identifiers exist.
Notes are treated as important import data. When Notes are provided separately, ROJAX can attempt to associate them with the correct Lead or Client using reliable identifiers such as external IDs, contact IDs, email or phone. Original timestamp, author and source are preserved when those values are provided by the source export.
ROJAX does not guess when historical records cannot be matched confidently. Uncertain mappings should be flagged for review before import.
